How we write and update our guides
Our guides exist to help people set up and enjoy their service. Here is how we make sure they are accurate, useful and honest.
Who writes our content
Articles and setup guides are written by the Gamma IPTV support team, the people who answer customer setup questions every day. Topics come from real support conversations: when the same question keeps coming up, it becomes a guide.
How we check accuracy
- Setup steps are followed on the device they describe before publishing, and again whenever the device or app interface changes.
- Technical figures, such as internet speeds, are checked against public sources like the FCC broadband guides, which we link at the end of each article.
- We do not invent statistics, reviews or test results. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or say that it varies.
Sources and links
Where an article relies on outside information, we list the sources under the article. Links to third-party apps or websites are for identification and convenience only. We are not affiliated with those apps, and we do not receive payment for mentioning them.
Updates and dates
Every article shows when it was published and when it was last updated. We review our setup guides at least [every 3 months], and sooner when an app or device update changes the steps.
Commercial content
Gamma IPTV sells IPTV subscriptions, and our articles mention our plans and free trial where that is genuinely helpful. Advice in our guides, such as how to fix buffering or which player app suits your device, applies whichever service you use.
