We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test channels, picture quality and your devices before paying. Please use it. It is the best way to know the service works for you.
When you can get a refund
[Set your policy, for example: “Within 7 days of purchase, if the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it, we refund the full amount.”]
When refunds are not available
- [e.g. after the refund window has passed]
- [e.g. accounts suspended for breaking the terms of service]
- Fees paid to third-party app developers (for example Smart TV player activation fees), which are paid to them, not to us
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@your-domain.com from your account email, or use the contact form with the topic “Plans & billing”.
- Tell us your device, player app and what is not working, so we can try to fix it first.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [X business days]. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Canadian cards
Refunds are made in US dollars. Your bank converts them to CAD, so exchange-rate changes can make the CAD amount differ slightly from what you paid.
