Windows / Mac setup: common questions
Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. The Gamma web player runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. A desktop player is optional if you prefer a full TV-guide layout.
Can I use VLC for Gamma IPTV?
Yes, with the M3U link from your dashboard. VLC has no proper TV guide, so it is best for quick checks rather than everyday viewing.
Still stuck?
Most problems are fixed by restarting the app and the device, or by switching to a wired connection. These guides cover the rest: m3u or xtream codes? , web player features . You can also contact support. Include your device model and player app.
