Free trial & getting started
Is Gamma TV the same as Gamma IPTV?
Yes. People also write it as Gamma TV or GammaIPTV. This website is the official home of the service; if you bought from another site using the name, contact us before sharing any payment details.
How does the free trial work?
Create a free account, request your 24-hour trial from the dashboard and you receive login details for one device. No credit card is needed. Use the time to check the channels, sports and guide you care about on the screen you will really use.
What do I need to start?
A supported device (Firestick, Android TV, Smart TV, Apple TV, phone, tablet or computer), a player app and a stable internet connection. Our setup guides walk through each device.
What internet speed do I need?
About 10 Mbps for HD, 20 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K, per screen. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi makes the biggest difference. See internet speed for IPTV.
Plans & billing
How many devices can I use?
You choose when you buy: every plan is available for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 devices streaming at the same time, and each extra device costs less than the one before. You can install the app on more devices than that and switch between them. See all prices on the pricing page.
What happens after I pay?
Your plan is activated on the account you already use for the trial, and the same login details keep working. If you never took a trial, the details appear in your dashboard as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Prices are listed in USD. Canadian cards are charged the CAD equivalent at checkout by your bank or the payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
The free trial exists so you can test before paying. Refund conditions after purchase are explained in our refund policy.
Devices & apps
Does Gamma IPTV work on Firestick?
Yes. Firestick is the most popular setup. Follow the Firestick guide. It takes about ten minutes.
Is there a web player?
Yes. You can watch in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox from your dashboard. It is perfect for laptops and as a backup while a TV app is being installed.

Support & troubleshooting
What should I do if a channel buffers?
Restart the app and your device first, then try a wired connection. Our buffering checklist covers the fixes that solve most cases. If one channel stays down, tell support so we can check the source.
The TV guide is empty. How do I fix it?
Refresh EPG in your player’s settings and wait a few minutes on the first load. More fixes are in what is an EPG.
How do I contact support?
